Shipping method and process:

We utilize USPS priority mail and USPS first class mail as our shipping methods. This is because these are the fastest options at the most economical price. All priority mail packages will be delivered within 1 to 3 days, or 1 to 5 days for first class, depending on where you are located, once they leave our warehouse.

Our shipping process:

1. Your order is sent to our system at the brightcore distribution warehouse. 
2. Your order is packaged and shipped from the distribution warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (considering there are no back orders). 
3. The U.S. Postal Service will deliver your order to your door within 1 to 5 days.

Expedited orders:

1. We do not offer overnight and 2 day shipping online. If you would like an order expedited, please contact us directly at 888-227-9338 and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
   
2. All expedited orders require a verified and correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time.
   

1. All orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
   
2. Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military addresses: Please allow an extra 5-7 business days for the product to arrive at the U.S. military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.
