Order and payment issues

If you are running into issues while placing an order, please follow these steps:


  1. Check to ensure full name, card number, expiration date and CVV code are entered exactly as found on the card. 
  2.  Check to ensure the billing address is entered correctly and is the one associated with your card.  

To ensure full security compliance, the above information must be 100% correct, or the order will not be able to be placed.
